Luis Fernando Villalba

الدكتور Luis Fernando Villalba أستاذ دائم في Capilano University في North Vancouver، كندا. وهو Associate Dean of Business سابق في Kwantlen Polytechnic University (2016-2018). ولديه أكثر من عقد من الخبرة في التدريس في Capilano University (North Vancouver، كندا). حصل البروفيسور Villalba مؤخرًا على Ph.D. in Business Administration and Economics من University of Kansas / بحث ميداني في UNIDA-Paraguay، وEd.D. في علوم التربية. حصل Luis على Bachelor of Science and Arts من University of Maryland في الأعمال والاقتصاد، وMaster of Arts in Latin American Studies في University of Kansas، إضافة إلى Master of Arts in Teaching Business and Economics في Piedmont College في Athens, GA. كما يحمل ماجستير في التنمية والقيادة من ISEAD في مدريد، إسبانيا. يعمل حاليًا على برنامج ما بعد الدكتوراه في مناهج الأعمال الخضراء والنظيفة في Centre for Post Doctoral Studies في مدريد، إسبانيا. كتابه الأخير بعنوان: «Green and Clean Technologies- Sustainable Soils with Paramagnetic and Diamagnetic Fertilization» (ديسمبر 2016). شغل مناصب رفيعة المستوى في مجلس البنك الدولي وGlobal Environmental Facility في واشنطن العاصمة. وهو أيضًا رئيس سابق للبرمجة النقدية في البنك المركزي لباراغواي. مُنح Luis مؤخرًا تكريمًا من وزير التراث الفيدرالي الكندي بوصفه «One of the Ten Most Influential Hispanic Canadians» — فانكوفر، 1 نوفمبر 2018. وهو أيضًا في ولايته الثالثة كقنصل فخري لباراغواي في كولومبيا البريطانية، كندا. زمالة دكتوراه، Center for Post-Doctoral Studies، مدريد، إسبانيا
