About the programme

Where sustainability becomes experience

The SUMAS Green Camp is an international programme combining travel, culture, sustainability workshops, and real-world industry encounters. Booked by high schools for their students, it runs as a 5- or 10-day camp through two cities that are rewriting what responsible business looks like – Milan's circular fashion scene and Geneva's global sustainability institutions.

You'll leave with more than a certificate. You'll leave with a network, a new way of seeing systems, and — if you choose to continue at SUMAS — a fully refunded pathway into a bachelor's degree.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the Green Camp for?
The Green Camp is booked by high schools for groups of their students (typically aged 16–18). It is not open to individual applicants – schools reserve places for their own student cohort. No prior sustainability knowledge is required.
Is the camp free for students who enrol in a SUMAS BBA?
Yes. For each student who joins the Green Camp and subsequently enrols in any SUMAS Bachelor of Business Administration programme, the CHF 5,200 camp fee is fully deducted from their first-year tuition – making the camp effectively free for those students.
Can a school book only part of the camp, on its own dates?
Yes. The schedule is flexible: schools choose a 5-day or 10-day camp and book it for any dates during the year to fit their academic calendar. Schools can opt for the Italy leg, the Switzerland leg, or both.
What languages is the camp delivered in?
All sessions, workshops, and guided tours are delivered in English.
Is accommodation included?
Yes — accommodation and breakfast are fully included in the CHF 5,200 fee. Lunch and dinner are not included so you can explore local restaurants freely.
