It is absolutely no secret that as a SUMAS student, our favorite get together spot happens to be the well located Bulls Pub situated right by the train station in Gland. Whether we are gathering for a pre night out drink, a happy hour drink, a drink after a day’s classes or simply an amazing South African burger, we are the Bulls Pub!
Being brought up in sunny warm South Africa, finding a place that was close to home as an expat was not easy. When I was introduced to the Bulls Pub, I immediately felt at home. Sitting in my booth, I remember hearing multitudes of different people, from businessmen, to IUCN staff, to students and not to mention the culture mix. Everyone from fellow South Africans, to prepped up Brits and bubbly South Americans.
The Bulls Pub has provided us with not only a place to drink and eat but an amazing spot to get together, whether it’s to watch the latest sport or to listen to a live Nirvana tribute band, the Bulls Pub is our place to be!
