On Friday July 8th, the graduating Class of 2022, joined also by the graduates of Classes 2019-2021, gathered at IUCN to officially mark the completion of their degree from SUMAS. We were delighted to celebrate the success of our bachelor, master and MBA students, who we know will represent great leaders in business and strong advocates for sustainable practice.
Guest speaker and MBA alumnus, Alvin George, delivered a thought-provoking and inspiring speech to the graduating classes, challenging them to now seize their opportunities to drive the changes they are committed to, yet also reassuring them that they are well-equipped to deliver on this responsibility with the knowledge and practice acquired from their degrees. Student representatives from each class spoke on behalf of their peers about the great work that can be achieved together and the strength of engaging with the SUMAS community for collective success.
