Dr Francini van Staden is a strategic thinker, sustainability leader, and researcher with two decades of experience at the intersection of environment, economy, and society. Holding a PhD and MSc in Environmental Management and an MBA in Sustainability Management, her work combines academic insight with real-world implementation across public and private sectors.

She brings systems thinking into practice, guiding future-forward planning through sustainability integration, environmental governance, and circular economy initiatives. With extensive experience lecturing, presenting, and mentoring, Francini actively contributes to shaping future professionals and policy influencers.
