Our Milan City Campus is located centrally in BASE Milano, opposite MUDEC in the fashion, art and design district. You will learn in a modern environment, working together with other students, sharing ideas, and completing real-life projects related to fashion, art, design, business, and sustainability. The campus is located close to the renowned Bosco Verticale – a building of the future and the first vertical forest contributing to urban biodiversity. 

BASE Milano

BASE is one of the most important urban regeneration projects in Europe. It is a project for cross-pollination between the arts, enterprises, technology and social innovation. BASE’s mission is to generate new reflections for 21^st century cities, establish new connections between different arts, disciplines and languages, and boost Milan’s status among the great capitals of creative production. Today the project is manifested in a 12,000m² space dedicated to exhibitions, performances, workshops and conferences, with a large studio and artists’ residence.

MUDEC

Home of the ethnographic and anthropological collections of the Municipality of Milan and venue for modern and contemporary art exhibitions, the Museum of Cultures of Milan (MUDEC) is dedicated to the interdisciplinary research on the cultures of the world promoting a dialogue on contemporary themes. In collaboration with MUDEC, SUMAS students will engage in projects which combine the missions of both establishments, seeking to innovate in the field of sustainability through drawing inspiration from cultures from around the world.

We are partnered with different accommodation services for students studying in the city.
