With over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, Dr. Vittorio Schirru has held senior management roles in leading consulting firms — working on M&A advisory and strategic consulting — and within major Italian and international financial groups (including publicly listed companies) in CFO and senior executive positions.
He completed a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance in Corporate Governance.
He currently serves as Deputy CEO of a leading UK insurance services Group and CEO of the European MGA of the same Group, focusing, among other responsibilities, on external growth initiatives and special projects.
Previously, he has served as Principal at a at a top-tier strategic consulting firm, Director at a Big Four company within the Corporate Finance division, and CFO, Executive Director, and Board Member at the Italian subsidiaries of a US-based financial Group.
