Professor

Sebastien teaches Sustainable Food & Beverage Management courses at SUMAS.

His longstanding leadership experience in the hospitality industry and in sustainability makes Sebastien a valuable corporate faculty member at SUMAS. In his teaching approach Sebastien focuses on practical methods, educating students on state-of-the-art sustainable Food & Beverage management areas and sharing his international expertise in the sustainable luxury hotel industry.

In 2008 Sebastien launched a sustainable management program in a Swiss hotel and achieved a reputable regional Ecolabel for the property. Besides teaching he advises hotels and restaurants on sustainability topics.
