SUMAS AT “BARILLA INSIEME DAY”

On September 16th, 2015, Federico Urso, professor of Biology and Politics of Food, participated to the 7th “Barilla Insieme Day” held in EXPO Milano.

The “Insieme Day” is Barilla’s annual meeting with the stakeholders. It brings together companies and international institutions, universities and NGOs aiming to share ideas coming from the different players in the food word to come up with initiatives that can lead the way to a sustainable and inclusive development which meets the  needs of the communities.

The 2015 meeting has been designed as a day of projection into the future to gather proposals on each of the key topics of Barilla’s “Good for You, Good for the Planet, Good for the Communities” purpose.
