Sustainability today is more important than ever before. Through this
scholarship, you have the opportunity to share your sustainability ideas and
aspirations in a creative way.

Applying for this scholarship requires answering sustainability-related questions as well as the submission of a two minutes video explaining your motivation to apply at SUMAS.

Answer all of the following three questions and write at least 1000 words:

1. What does sustainability mean to you?
2. How do you apply sustainability in your private life, school or local community?
3. Imagine you can change five things to make the world more sustainable, what would they be and why?
Due to the creative nature of this assignment there are no further submission requirements. Send us your work and show us your creativity.

Assessment Criteria

Idea: 25%
Creativity: 50%
Application and Feasibility of the idea: 25%

With the following scores, you are eligible for these scholarships:

90% +                     | Premium Scholarship Award
80% – 89%             | Standard Scholarship Award
79% and less         | No Scholarship granted

Scholarship Awards

Scholarships offered by SUMAS to enroll in all the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programs and valid for all three academic years.

IS THIS AN INDIVIDUAL PROJECT OR CAN WE WORK IN GROUPS?

Team work is not allowed, this is an individual project only.

IF I REALIZE I NEED TO UPDATE MY PROJECT AFTER UPLOADING, CAN I DO IT?

No. Once the project is uploaded on the website, the project can no longer be edited. This is why we recommend you upload your proposal only once you are sure it is ready. Remember also to upload a description of your project, the business plan of your idea and, if you want, an exciting video that explains your idea!

WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY AND PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPETITION?

Participants must be a graduating high school student.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY PROJECT?

Word/PDF documents and videos you submit through our website. If your work includes posters you can send via post to SUMAS.
